EasySeq™ BRCA1/2 + CHEK2 HS is specifically designed to help identify genetic mutations associated with an increased risk of breast cancer. The goal of NGS library preparation using RC-PCR is to resequence the coding exons of the human BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. This includes a minimum of 20 bases before and after each exon.
