Monarch® Mag Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit

The Monarch® Mag Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is for research purposes only. Not intended for use in diagnostic procedures. The Monarch Mag Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit provides reliable and efficient purification of viral genetic material using a magnetic bead process. Designed for non-contact extraction of viral DNA and/or RNA. Methods based on magnetic beads are used. Capable of use in both manual and automated high-throughput processes on a range of instrument platforms including KingFisher® Flex, Agilent® Bravo®, MGISP® fluid handlers and more. It is studied on both saliva samples and respiratory swab samples. Can be used with wastewater samples from enrichment steps (not included). Suitable for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)/qRT-qPCR, droplet digital PCR (ddPCR), library preparation for sequencing/next generation sequencing (NGS) and other downstream procedures. Contains carrier RNA to improve detection sensitivity in RNA-based amplification procedures.
