Real-time RT-PCR detection kits for influenza A are intended for
detection of viral RNA of influenza A virus. The kits are suitable for
analysis of samples from birds, pigs and horses, such as tissues and organs
(for example, from the trachea, lungs, tonsils of the cecum), swabs (for example, from the nose, trachea,
cloaca), saliva and BAL samples (BALF/bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, porcine)
only) and samples of cultural processes with the above sample
material.
